Larry is the owner of Topika Training and Development in Edmonton.
Topika Training and Development offers coaching and mentoring services through one on one sessions as well as workshops. Subject areas covered in these sessions and workshops are wide ranging. Services are offered in the key corporate areas of time management, stress management, conflict management and work-life balance.
Personal coaching and mentoring services are also offered to help clients deal with anxiety, anger, depression, stress, burnout, overwhelm, sleep issues, grief and loss, trauma as well as restoring personal energy and resilience.

Larry was employed by Edmonton Public Schools until April 2015. He resinged to start his own firm of Topika Training & Development.
At the time of his departure from Edmonton Public Schools, Larry had the responsibility of overseeing a budget of approximately $500 million dollars.
Larry now brings this knowledge and expertise to other firms whose employers are challenged by never ending and tight timelines, challenged priority and time management skills, overwhelm and stress. His straightforward, practical approach leaves participants in his workshops with practical, employable tools and practices that they can immediately put into practice.
